Single Private Session

A one-time, 55-minute session designed to support clarity, regulation, and next-step orientation.

Often helpful for:

  • Gaining perspective

  • Working through a specific block

  • Integrating recent experiences

  • Re-centering during a period of change

This is often the best place to start if you're unsure what kind of support would serve you right now.

Sessions are personalized and may include coaching, guided reflection, or supportive non-clinical modalities such as Reiki or photobiomodulation depending on what best supports your capacity and goals. Sessions are offered online or in person depending on location and availability

Three-Session Package

$375

A short-term container for deeper integration and sustained support

Often helpful for:

  • Ongoing decision-making

  • Building capacity over time

  • Navigating transition with continuity

  • Developing a more supportive internal rhythm

This option is best for those who want continuity without committing long-term.

Gatherings

$11 drop in, Membership: $22/month or $220/year

Ongoing, low-commitment group gatherings held twice per month, designed to support reflection, connection, and gentle recalibration.

Often helpful for:

  • Staying connected without intensive support

  • Maintaining perspective and self-trust

  • Being witnessed and supported in a light relational way

  • Those who benefit from community but not structured coworking

This is a good fit if you want ongoing support without the depth of private sessions or the structure of coworking
