FAQ

SCHEDULING. What if I can't make all the sessions?
You don't need to attend every session to benefit.

Sessions run: M/W 9-3pm, Tu 6-9pm, Th 11-2pm, Fri 6-7:30am MT. It is highly recommended to be available for at least 1x 3-hour time block per week

What is the investment of money and time? I'm not sure I have the bandwidth for it
