When are the co-working sessions? What if I can't make it to all of them?
M, W 9-3pm MDT, Tu 6-9pm MDT, Th 11-2pm MDT. No need to make all of them, but the more you bring us along for the work, the more likely you will follow through :). It is highly recommended to book at least 1x 3-hour time block per week
What is the investment of money and time? I'm not sure I have the bandwidth for it
$111 for 30 days, which includes 18+ hours per week of coworking time. The beauty of this high accountability co-working
is that most people surprise themselves with how much they get done in a FOCUSED time block with
specific conditions that keep them on track. It is highly recommended to book at least 1x 3-hour time block per week

You show up at the top of the hour in our zoom room.
First 5 min we set up key parameters to focus ourselves (science-based pieces) like sharing our commitment
50 min we do the actual work (camera on - key accountability piece)

Who will most likely be successful with this journey?
Through our first cohort experience, my personal observation and evidence through research, there appears to be strong correlations to the following being important:
1) you have a clear outcome you want to achieve
2) be willing to show up for at least 1-2 blocks of co-working per week
3) (my observation) Self-awareness/desire to self-reflect is key to receiving value
4) (research says) flow is more difficult for those that are materialistically centred or avoidant of negative states. Hence, those more interested in spiritual or intellectual self-development may be better suited
