HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSON. I am a highly sensitive person. As the HSP brain generally takes in more information, processes more deeply, and experiences more mirror neuron activation, this may mean you feel more "seen" and "felt," while able to access more deeply than you're used to. You may also receive more accurate guidance and hence, more aligned results.

PROFESSIONAL. Human Resources leader for 17 years, Coach for 7 years, and Healing Practitioner for 3 years. I designed and guided people-focused initiatives for top organizations including the "fastest growing company in Alberta" in 2000, and one of the largest private clubs in Canada. I coached mostly executives, educators, and athletes on performance, habit change and lifestyle mastery. And now, my joy comes from creating community for neurodiverse, high functioning entrepreneurs and consultants.
